How an engagement runs
1. Discovery call
Thirty minutes. We find out where you actually are and tell you plainly whether we can help.
2. AIIM Assessment
Two to four weeks, facilitated with your leadership team, ending in a readiness heatmap and a 90-day plan.
3. AIIM Build
We build the first thing on the plan inside your environment, and support the people whose work changes.
